I've been a BBQ Foodie for many years, and I've created special spice blends that can be used as rubs, sprinkles, and schmears to add tasty bits for your special foods. 

 

My spice blends are created from the world's finest spices and carefully hand-mixed in my smoke-free environment to your order. 

Most of my blends are SALT FREE !

 

On the next pages you will find detailed descriptions of my custom spice blends with Hints-n-Tips on how to use them and how to order them. 

 

Also, you can freely copy and use any of the recipes posted here... use them as a base to continue exploring with food.

A few words about my containers and my spice blends... 

 

I do not use any stabilizers or fillers in my spice blends, so some clumping will occur naturally - just shake 'em to restore their delicious flavor and fluffy qualities. 

I have created delicious and healthy spice blends and seal them in FDA-approved, clear plastic spice containers in two industry-standard sizes (1.0 oz.) plastic bags for a Single Serving, and (3.5 oz.) plastic jars with flapper-tops to allow shaking / sifting onto your foods. 

 

These spice jars allow convenient storage and help to retain freshness.
